Photographing your Grandchildren with Ann Worthy-Stephenson

Ann runs Photoworthy Images based at Kairaki Beach just north of Christchurch and she is chair of the local NZIPP branch. Her work ranges from fantasy storytelling, through newborn imagery to more conventional portrait photographs.

So you want to make better images of Kids? Ann suggests:

“Personalise the shoot for your child…

  • Is he or she shy?  Well, sit and just play for awhile until we get a wee spark in the eye and they are ready to play.
  • Is your child non-stop?  Get into that groove as well!

Go with what your child likes to do for FUN!

Get together beforehand and figure out together what’s the best for your child and how to best reflect his or her FUN.”

The Workshop

After some time in the classroom discussing techniques, tricks of the trade and, yes, some suggested settings you will have a chance to put this into practice. We will introduce you to a group of children ready and willing to have FUN so all you need is to join in and bring your camera.

Unfortunately, this workshop is now over-subscribed
